Required Experience:
* Strong knowledge of HTML, XHTML & CSS
* Proficient in Dreamweaver & Photoshop
* Desire to learn
* Transform a client's idea into a creation
* Ability to convert (slice-up) a PSD into a Website (HTML) in both tabular and pure CSS forms
* Understand browser standards (IE, FireFox, Safari, etc...)
* Basic level of Flash desired
* Basic level of mySQL, PHP, ASP (mainly for template integration into CMS)
* Understanding how Search Engine Optimization works
