JOB DESCRIPTION: Technical Specialist
Intellinet is a provider of cloud computing and managed services that help small to mid-enterprise sized businesses We provide 24/7/365 monitoring of all cloud based servers as well as managed networksOur primary services include managed IT services, hosted applications (Microsoft Exchange, Sharepoint, Communicator) and virtual private clouds. We consider ourselves your CTO, IT staff, technical project managers and are equipped to handle every technical aspect thrown in our direction. We are looking for a person to work with a team of experienced professionals. The ideal Technical Support candidate should be detailed orientated, possess the ability to work effectively with co-workers and end users, and exhibit outstanding customer service skills. The ideal Technical Support candidate should also be a self-starter.

Qualifications:
Advanced PC Skills
Detail-oriented with focused work ethic
Ability to follow up on issues without being told to
Ability to coordinate, cooperate, prioritize, multi-task and motivate self and others
Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast paced/demanding environment.
Must be able to multitask efficiently Must have a car

Job Duties:
Answer phone calls and email inquiries from clients and provide technical support/guidance to resolve issues.
Install system products via onsite/remotely
Keep track of pending assignments via the AutoTask ticketing system
Prioritize service/Installation calls
Escalate any possible wide spread issues to the Technical Support Manager
