Entry Level Tech Support Engineer/CSR
One of the largest call centers in S. Florida is currently recruiting for entry level help desk support positions. 25 people needed to join the team. EXCELLENT PRESENTATION SKILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS NEEDED.
14/hr TRAINING. Additional incentatives if goals are met.
Work 3.5 days a week. (3) 12/hr shifts and one 1/2 day.
SUN MON TUES 9-9PM AND WED 1/2 DAY
THUR FRI SAT 8-8PM AND WED 1/2 DAY
HOURS WILL VARY!
Benefits start after 8 weeks. 1 WEEK VACATION AFTER A YEAR.
Provide technical telephone support to end users to help resolve client based software and operating system issues by performing the following duties. Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes service requests received via telephone, voice mail and email for end users to help resolve client based software and operating systems issues; 24/7 level 1 and level 2 phone support. Analyzes and troubleshoots system applications, researches and resolves computer software and hardware production problems. Identifies production issues and ensures issues are properly documented and escalated to all appropriate departments.
Requirements:
Associate's degree (A. A.) PREFERRED or equivalent from two year College or technical school. Or CSR background.
