JOB DESCRIPTION: TECHNICAL SUPPORT POSITIONS AVAILABLE! SANDISK AND NAPSTER!
Positions Available at Connextions:
1) TECH SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES-SANDISK:
Duties: Respond to inbound technical support calls and customer technical support emails. Accurately document client calls, and utilize eBox software, research technical issues using FAQ's and web, and work through client issues and turn around possible refund requests.
Pay-$10.00-11.00.
Operating hours: 7am-1am-7 days/week.
Work Schedule: Work 5 days with 2 days off
Must have previous technical support experience.
3) NAPSTER TECH SUPPORT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES:
Duties: Respond to incoming calls in regards to Napster products and music services. Tech and CSR positions available.
Pay: 9.00-9.50 per hr.
Schedule: Must be fully available.
Must be familar with music defices and software applications.
These positions are located in North West Orlando at the Connextions Corporate Site.
