A need currently exists for several Microsoft and Cisco Certified Systems Engineers. REQUIREMENTS * BSCS or BSEE or five years plus equivalent work experience * Certifications: MCSE or CCNA & CCDA along with the IP Telephony Certifications * Proven experience with LAN, WAN, WLAN, & WWAN design and implementation * Specific knowledge of Microsoft Windows platforms * Proven experience with Network capacity planning, network security practices, and general network best practices * Experienced in Active Directory migration, setup, and implementation * Working technical knowledge of Microsoft IIS, Microsoft ISA, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Small Business Server, Microsoft Sharepoint, Symantec AntiVirus, and Symantec Backup Exec * Strong familiarity with various network protocols, DNS and TCP/IP networking , firewall management, and database administration * Excellent hardware troubleshooting experience * Competence with testing tools and procedures for voice and data circuits * Strong customer service orientation Chris S.
