JOB DESCRIPTION: OFFICE CLERK FOR DOWNTOWN LAW FIRM

Part-time office clerk position available in a downtown law firm in Miami for an energetic and ambitious college student. This position consists of entering data into our accounting system, entering information into Time Matters, filing, copying, relieving on the switchboard, assisting with typing deposition summaries,etc, and other miscellaneous office jobs. Bi-lingual is a plus.
We use Word Perfect, Groupwise, Time Matters and Excel. Knowledge in any of these computer programs is helpful.
The hours are flexible and we will work around your class schedule. This position is limited to 24 hours or less per week. There are no benefits in this part-time position such as medical insurance, vacation, holiday or sick pay, etc. We will, however, provide reimbursement for parking or metrorail. You will be paid based on the exact hours you work each week.
