JOB DESCRIPTION: Millwork Estimator
Exclusive Millwork Inc. near Port Everglades in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida seeks Estimator for Pre-hung, Trim, Hardware, and Metal Frames. Major task- Responsibilities and key accountabilities; analyze blueprints, specification, proposal, and other documentation to prepare estimates of product quantities. Review data to determine material requirements, and prepare itemized list. Prepare estimates used for management purposes, such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work. Consult with sales staff, and/or other individual to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve, other duties, as assigned. Preferred qualifications prefer 2 or more years experience in similar job. Previous millwork experience. F/T, Benefits with competitive wages.
