JOB DESCRIPTION: Alarm Service Technician
Company: Security Networks
We are looking for a Service Technician for the West Palm Beach, FL area. You will provide on-site maintenance for residential and commercial burglar and fire alarm systems, card access systems, and CCTV Systems.
Requirements
Perform routing and emergency service calls
Cover on-call rotation as required
Provides documentation of service and hours worked.
Perform preventative and routine maintenance on existing alarm systems.
Train new users in operation of alarm system equipment.
Must be able to drive company vehicle to perform duties.
Maintain good driving record.
Must be able to troubleshoot and repair CCTV, Card Access, Burglar and fire systems.
Comply with Security Networks vehicle policy.
Must have strong customer service and communication skills
