A national apartment REIT is seeking a maintenance manager for a 400+ unit property in Jacksonville, FL. This is a "working" manager position. Must be willing to manage maintenance staff and assist in the maintenance reponsibilities of the property. Duties include small appliance repair, painting, and drywall repair. Light electrical and plumbing experience is required. Must be HVAC certified. Pay is $16-18/hr, plus quarterly bonuses, and an exceptional benefit package. Must have clear crimimal background and be able to pass a drug test. Prior management experience is a must!
