PMH provides technical recruiting and contract staffing services to a wide variety of companies on a national basis. Currently we are seeking to hire an experience Sales / Technical Recruiter. The selected candidate will possess a minimum of at least three (3) to five (5) years of information technology or engineering technical staffing industry recruiting and or sales experience. PMH Sales / Technical Recruiters are responsible for: - Sourcing and screening potential consultants and prospective clients. - Relationship management for both clients and candidates. - Cold calling and development of new accounts and contracts. - Presentations, customer qualification, rate negotiations and related duties. - Understanding customer initiatives necessary to identify the best possible candidate for those initiatives. - Maintaining a professional network. - Effective communication skills (customer, management, team, etc.) - Solid knowledge and understanding of the information technology recruiting industry. - Ability to support business development through recruiting efforts. Required Experience: - Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of at least three (3) to five (5) years of demonstrated technical staffing industry experience. - Information technology recruiting and or sales experience. - Strong phone, PC and Internet skills. - Personal values, integrity and an outstanding work ethic - Quality oriented processes. - Proven negotiation skills together with effective sales and communications skills. - Collaborative work values. - Attentive listening skills.
