JOB DESCRIPTION: Recruiting Consultant
The role of Recruitment Consultant provides a varied career in a competitive results orientated environment. You will face challenges which will require you to use your personality and intuitive skills to fulfill the needs of your clients. Specifically your role will involve:
Developing business through recruiting talent for the companies that we existing relationships with
Conducting and facilitating high level negotiations
Formulating and executing innovative and creative ways to weed out undeserving candidates
Operating in an open spaced 'high energy' transaction driven environment
Given the opportunity, you will work independantly to reach goals given to you weekly
Environment that is casual as well as lively and fun to work in.
