JOB DESCRIPTION: Retail Shift Supervisors needed at Tampa Intl Airport
If you are passionate about delivering quality service and possess superior leadership and drive coupled with superior communication and multitasking abilities, HMSHost has an opportunity for you!
HMSHost at Tampa International Airport is currently hiring Retail Shift Supervisors to assist in the operation of our various retail shops. Individual will supervise the daily activities of associates at our various retail concepts.
Chosen candidates will assist in scheduling to ensure shift coverage; assist sales associates to maximize sales and customer service through coaching, counseling and mentoring; opening and closing procedures; other duties as assigned. Operate a cash register, accurately counting and providing change to customers, and resolve all customer complaints. A minimum 6 months Retail supervisory/lead experience and flexible availability is required. We will only consider candidates with retail supervisory experience for this position.
