Williams-Sonoma will open its trendsetting home furnishing store at Millenia Mall in Orlando, FL early this summer.

In launching a premium brand, it is critical that we hire top talent. We are looking for people with critical thinking skills as well as those with a true entrepreneurial spirit.

We are currently interviewing for the following position:

Assistant Store Manager: Ideal candidate must have 3-5 years experience as a Store Manager in a customer service focused environment. A proven track record in driving sales, team development and merchandising is a must.

We offer competitive salaries plus bonus. Employees are eligible to receive up to a 40% discount at Williams-Sonoma, Williams-Sonoma Home, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids.

Compensation: salary plus monthly incentive
