For over 20 years Howard’s Gourmet Market has been dedicated to offering an outstanding variety of quality prepared foods for our customers on the go. As we continue to grow, we have openings for career-minded, courteous and dedicated Deli Clerks.

Positions are full-time or part-time with flexible shifts.

We are looking for individuals with experience in…..

• Excellent customer service skills, must be friendly as well as cool and calm under pressure. Able to make suggestions, handle special requests and resolve problems with promptness and courtesy.
• Stocking and maintaining merchandise in deli according to store procedure, keeping deli service and prepared food areas well-stocked and appealing at all times.
• Insures merchandise in display cases is fresh, in excellent condition and properly signed.
• Slices meats and cheeses to customer order; weighs, wraps and prices foods and may prepare ready to eat sandwiches.
• Striving for a high level of cleanliness and ability to maintain an orderly work area.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic are a must.
• May perform other duties not limited to those listed above.
