JOB DESCRIPTION: Account Manager calling on the Real Estate Industry
People with a background in recruiting for the Real Esate industry are a very good fit for this position. Job Mission: Generate new sales and maximize sales opportunities from an existing client base. You will be expected to use a consultative sales approach to maintain and grow your revenue base. Our product and services are uniquely positioned in the real estate industry and in the next twelve months, we want to grow our customer base and increase our revenue base within existing customers.
Compensation: Base commensurate with experience, plus commissions
Location: Office in Maitland, FL and Toronto, moderate travel required
Product: Online video-based software for assessment of sales skills (for more information visit www.RealEstateSimulator.com). This unique product is first to market and has a proven track record with hundreds of clients!
Description of Duties: Establish and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, mostly in the US.
Work primarily over the phone and the Internet. Attend trade shows and conferences.
Collaborate with the other members of our sales and customer service team.
Develop and use current innovative marketing and communications ideas to grow your business.
AlignMark backs all sales efforts with PR campaigns and provides training and coaching.
Desirable Characteristics: Our sales team is growing. We are currently looking for an experienced sales professional with demonstrated consultative sales skills, a positive personality, charm and enthusiasm. You must have strong phone skills and the ability to manage your sales cycle and close clients on the phone. You must be self motivated, mature, have a strong customer service orientation and open to coaching. You need to have a minimum of two years consultative sales experience or recruiting and a proven track record. Background in Real Estate is a plus.
