JOB DESCRIPTION: Administrative Assistant with Real Estate Experience Needed - Longwood
We are a successful small real estate firm continuing to grow, seeking full time administrative support. We are a fast paced, positive environment looking for the right person to join our team.
Daily responsibilities include:
Enter new listings in MLS
Make price changes and other modifications in MLS
Provide showing instructions to other Realtors
Make follow-up Realtor calls for feedback on showings
Create listing packages
Open new files
Experience required:
Minimum 6 months MLS experience
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Great telephone personality
