JOB DESCRIPTION: Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator

Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday Days
Position Summary: Responsible for monitoring pharmaceutical care and Medical Use Evaluation (MUEs), including but not limited to, kinetic drug monitoring. This shall be carried out in accordance with all state/federal laws, JCAHO Standards, and hospital/departmental policies and procedures.
General Responsibilities: Coordinates those clinical activities designated by the Director.

Requirements
Graduate of an AACP accredited school of pharmacy. Pharm D degree or current degree program participation required. Two years of hospital pharmacy experience.
Current Florida license as a registered pharmacist.
