| JOB DESCRIPTION: Prestigious, national law firm seeks a highly experienced, shareholder-level Attorney with ERISA and employee benefits experience. This position is in the firm's Tampa, Florida office. This is a shareholder/partner level position so a portable book of business is required. Required Experience:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five (5) years of ERISA and employee benefits experience. Candidates must possess excellent writing abilities and be able to communicate with various personalities at all levels in a fast-paced work environment. Additional pluses include: 280G and 409A tax experience; SEC compensation disclosure and proxy statement proposals; equity and/or deferred compensation; and qualified retirement plans. Strong academics required.
