JOB DESCRIPTION:   CORPORATE EMPLOYMENT LAW PARALEGAL Company: The Mergis Group National, 2.5 billion dollar, publicly traded, corporation with headquarters located in Fort Lauderdale seeking experienced Corporate Paralegal with Employment Law experience. This exceptional individual shall have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the Employment Law field and preferably have worked in a Corporate environment or Corporate division of a top-tier law firm. This Corporate Paralegal must possess excellent communication skills, work well in a team environment and have the ability to handle interaction with several field offices, various employment matters such as EEO, wage and hour and immigration issues. This individual will also be interacting with various outside counsel, must be skilled in employment litigation process, maintain calendars, scheduling, must be versed in responding to the discovery process of employment litigation.
