JOB DESCRIPTION:   Senior Court Analyst II # 08658 Senior Court Analyst II # 08658 Office of the State Courts Administrator, Tallahassee, Florida $3,775.31 - $7,173.09 (Monthly)* *The successful candidate will be hired at the minimum salary. Graduation from an accredited four year college or university with major course work in conflict resolution, judicial administration, public administration, criminology, research design, statistics, systems analysis, political science, or a related social science, and four years of professional experience in judicial administration, research and analysis, or program administration and evaluation. A master's degree in an area cited above may substitute for two years of the recommended experience. Knowledge of statutes, rules, regulations and procedures pertaining to mediation, arbitration, and other ADR processes. Mediation experience (including Florida Supreme Court certification) and training delivery experience desirable. Applicant must be able to communicate clearly, concisely, and logically. The successful applicant will be subject to a criminal background check.
