JOB DESCRIPTION: seeking a talented Recruiter to lead sourcing efforts for talented desi. This professional role requires expertise in recruitment, conducting phone interviews, and negotiating salaries. A proven ability to recruit talent for a thriving firm is required. Responsibilities include: prescreening of candidates knowledge, skills and abilities to match organizational needs and referral to hiring managers; documentation of the hiring process; following up on leads by cold calling; development, analysis and management of the advertising process; Affirmative Action Plan development; and special projects as needed. This position supports TLC's career fair recruitment activities, employment branding, and retention initiatives. Outstanding oral and written communication and excellent time management skills are necessary to effectively interface with all levels of employees and management.
Ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3-5 years recruitment experience. The selected individual must have a solid understanding of employment laws and immigration regulations governing recruitment. We seek someone with a demonstrated ability to think out of the box and develop innovative recruitment strategies, advanced Internet/software skills, and the ability to be self-directed as well as working within a team. HR Generalist experience a plus
