JOB DESCRIPTION:   HR Director HR Director - for Bonita Springs, Florida based, highly entreprenurial international exposition firm with annual events in 38 East Coast markets aboard a spectacular specially built exhibition megayacht featuring prestigious art and antique dealers from throughout the world. Requires college degree, 3-5 years general HR experience, excellent recruiting skills, and benefits administration experience. We have a staff of 25 employees at our corporate headquarters and 50 shipboard employees. For all management position in our very personalized business, we seek individuals who are bright, poised, sophisticated, worldly, articulate, well-presented, well-mannered, socially adept, and flexible who are meticulous about their professional performance. Our HR Director must personally have these qualities and be able to recruit and retain individuals possessing these qualities.
