JOB DESCRIPTION:   Human Resources Manager Company: iplacement My client, a growing manufacturing company, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead an HR team in the Orlando area. Responsibilities: * Develops and deploys HR programs, policies, procedures, and plans for all company locations. * Provides guidance to managers, supervisors, assistants, and employees on complex HR issues. * Directs benefits administration; negotiates with vendors. * Ensures compliance with all federal and state legal and corporate personnel guidelines including immigration issues. Responsible for EEO, COBRA, OFLA/FMLA, safety, HIPAA Privacy/Security, and risk management. * Good computer and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of federal/state employment laws. Requirements -Minimum 5-7 years experience managing all aspects of a HR department(s)i.e. employee relations, compensation, recruitment etc. -Industry: electronics, aviation, distribution Bachelors degree preferred, PHR certification desired.
