Directing the hotel operations is just one of the Associate Hotel Director’s key duties. The Hotel Operation consists of the following departments;
• Food and Beverage,
• Housekeeping,
• Guest Relations,
• Pursers,
• Facilities Management,
• Cruise Programs and Entertainment,
• Human Resources,
• Information Technology Operations,
• Casino Operations,
• Medical Facilities,
• and all onboard revenue managers.
The Associate Hotel Director creates and implements innovative methods to uphold top-quality standards, promotes an exciting and energetic environment for both employees and guests, and develops processes to achieve absolute guest satisfaction! Required Experience:
Minimum requirements;
- 10 years hotel managerial experience in a
4 or 5 star hotel
- 4-year university degree
- 5 years operational experience in the
department(s) of Food and Beverage,
Front Office and/or Housekeeping
- demonstrated leadership capabilities |
