New Horizon Health & Rehabilitation, a 159 bed nursing facility, has an opening for a driven, passionate, and caring Facility Rehabilitation Director to serve as a leader to our excellent rehabilitation staff. The Facility Rehabilitation Director will be responsible for developing and maintaining a talented staff, meeting financial and budgetary objectives, and growing and sustaining patient volume. The ideal Facility Rehabilitation Director will share our vision and desire to provide the very best in patient care. Required Experience: If you have a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech Pathology, are licensed in the state of Florida, and have at least two years of management experience in a long term/skilled nursing environment, send us your resume.
