JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Responsibilities: The Corporate Director of Rehabilitation provides direct multisite management for all facilities. This position requires travel (overnight as well as daily travel) to facilities, direct management to assigned facilities, startup of new rehab departments, auditing and education, development of programs and assisting with the development of company policies.

Education: Must have graduated from an accredited PT, OT, or ST program.

Skills: Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with facility population. Knowledge of and ability to provide requirements as defined by a profession's practice acts and state specific bylaws. Preferably 5 or more years of clinical experience and previous multisite management.
