JOB DESCRIPTION: Assisted Living Administrator need for 120-unit Assisted Living community housed within a 295-unit upscale rental retirement community.

Excellent staff, great residents and currently enjoying a "Zero Deficiency Audit" from AHCA.

Ideal Candidate:
- Five year minimum experience managing an Assisted Living residence or comparable experience in the senior living industry.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License required.
- CORE Trained and Certified.
- Experience with Regulatory compliance.
- Health management background supporting ability to read and interpret financial statements and manage a budget.
- Strong customer service background and experience.
- Ability to create a fun, healthy environment for residents and staff.
