Job Description:
Seeking for the best and brightest to join a professional team; responsible for the overall supervision, coordination and management of Occupational, physical therapy services; responsible for the effective operation of departmental activities and personnel, in order to achieve high quality patient care and long term profitability. The Director also manages operating and capital budgets for rehabilitation services to assure monthly and fiscal objectives are met.

Required Experience:
Qualification:
BA/BS Degree in OT, PT or related field; License OT or PT; experience in marketing and providing direct patient care; supervisory and third party billing experience. Graduate of an approved school of one of the clinical disciplines supervised. Advanced degree in Hospital/Health/Business Administration, or clinical areas desired. Requires current professional license. |
