JOB DESCRIPTION: Director of Nursing DON
Avante at Orlando, a 118-bed Skilled Nursing Facility is currently seeking a professional and caring individual with DON experience who is a licensed RN. Must have strong leadership and supervisory skills in a LTC facility. Be knowledgeable of general, re-habilitive and restorative nursing, medical practices and laws governing LTC.
Duties include:
*Planning, Implementing, evaluating, and directiong the Nursing Dept.
*Directly supervise nurse managers
*Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills
