JOB DESCRIPTION:   Project Executive - Developer/Builder This Development /Builder is in need of a strong Project Executive that could oversee large retail work. The company develops and construction manages large retail “Power Centers” with multiple tenants on 40-50 acre sites. The person would take projects from land to close. (Read contracts, leases, cCoordinate design, permitting, zoning, approvals, monitor & coordinate the GC, and more.
