We work with affinity partners such as power and water utilities, to provide homeowners with fast professional assistance when an emergency strikes at home.

We now have an immediate opening for an Executive Assistant to the CEO of the USA Division. This is a terrific opportunity for a professional, well-organized individual who has a positive attitude and excellent computer skills. We are seeking an experience Executive Assistant with five or more years experience supporting a Senior Executive.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO will play a critical role int he company. This EA will support the CEO by performing duties such as coordinating, organizing and maintaining the CEO's calendar, assemble and organize package for monthly Board meetings, liaise with Executive Management team and Executives within the UK parent company, and extensive travel planning, among other duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Coordinate meetings, extensive travel coordination, and provide appropriate reminders and follow-ups.
Maintain CEO correspondence and files.
Maintain CEO's e-mail and calendar.
Assemble and organize packages for monthly Board Meetings.
Prepare and edit CEO's correspondence.
Prepare PowerPoint slide-shows for company meetings.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations for customer meetings.
Prepare documents for Executive Board Meetings.

IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD POSSESS:
Five or more years experience supporting CEO or Senior Executive.
Exceptional computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite-especially Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities.
Professional demeanor and ability to demonstrate high degree of confidentiality.
Superior organization and Prioritization skills.
Ability to perform under deadline pressure.
Persistence, resourcefulness, drive and ability to work proactively.
Excellent command of the English language, strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility to accommodate different situations.
