JOB DESCRIPTION: Operations Manager / Director / Executive Administrative Assistant/ Nationwide Healthcare Business - Altamonte Springs, Fl Area. Local Residents Only!
Support top management in administrative duties.
Description of Duties:
Position provides full administrative support for Multi-business company. Responsibilities include answering phones, assisting with meeting arrangements, scheduling, filing, word processing, and other administrative functions necessary to the smooth operation of the group. Ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with at least three years' administrative experience preferably supporting a senior executive in a firm.

Required Experience: Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess outstanding oral and written communications skills, excellent organizational and time-management skills, the ability to learn new skills quickly, and a willingness to take on new assignments. A high level of expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required; experience with a broad variety of technologies is highly desired, as job requires use of Internet and online databases, and a variety of automated tools.
