JOB DESCRIPTION:   Engineer - Hydrology Company: Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. Numerical modeling with HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and ICPR. Providing GIS support when necessary. Production of reports detailing model results. Preparation of FEMA paperwork for Letters of Map Change. General responsibilities include performing hydrologic and hydraulic computations and modeling as part of an Engineering/GIS team for FEMA flood studies, storm water and water resources projects, and working under the direction of the team leader. Requirements Education (Minimum Required): BS in Civil Engineering, or approved engineering degree. Registration as Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Experience (Minimum Required): 0-4 years in water resources related work. Some experience with H&H models such as HEC-1, HEC-HMS, HEC-2, HEC-RAS, NWS DAMBRK, FESWM, or SWMM preferred. Additional Education, Experience and/or Other Qualifications Desired: Good organizational and communication skills, written and oral. Ability to work in a team environment. Must be computer literate.
