JOB DESCRIPTION: Must have proven work history & education, knowledge/skills to install and repair new and used; air handlers, appliances, chilled water systems, chillers, cold-plate systems, cooling towers, dehumidification, exhaust systems, freezer-commercial, frozen beverage machines, humidification, HVAC equipment, refrigeration, rooftop units, split systems, variable speed equipment, VAV, ventilation, walk-in coolers, water heaters, coils, compressors, condensers, dampers, diffusers, electric motors, fans, HVAC parts, sheet metal, vacuum pumps and valves.
Commercial & residential systems work/maintenance/install is a normal for this employer.
Self motivator. Good work ethics, excellent attendance, good driving record.
Leadership skills, able to take direction and execute, can work independently. Ability to foresee tasks in need. Reliable and trustworthy. Possess & exercise customer service at all times.
