JOB DESCRIPTION:   Dean of Academics - College Dean Company: Keiser Career College Keiser Career College, a growing and nationally accredited private college offering a range of Certificate & Associates degrees, is currently searching for a dynamic and student-centered Dean of Academics for our local Campus. Our Dean of Academics is crucial to the success of our organization and must be a creative and innovative leader who understands, and is committed to student achievement and faculty growth & development. As the Academic Dean, you will be responsible for the daily operations of all campus academics, including faculty hiring, training, evaluation, and supervision. You will use effective interpersonal skills to drive the college forward by overseeing the academic progress of the campus student body. In conjunction with Program Directors/Coordinators and the Office of the Registrar, as the Dean of Academics your goal is student retention through the successful development and growth of our academic programs. You will report directly to the Campus Vice President. Compensation and Benefits commensurate with experience. Requirements This position requires a minimum of: A Masters degree from a regionally accredited institution. Experience in a private college setting strongly desired.
