JOB DESCRIPTION: Part Time Americrown SE Catering Staffing Coordinator

Job Details:
Work directly with Staffing Manager to recruit staff, process applications, assist in the orientation of new employees and re enlist and maintain a qualified pool of employees. Work with local charities. Set up accounts with staffing agencies, create and update schedules. Check-in, transport, and check-out employees each event day. Maintain employee uniform inventory. Act as a human resources liaison, filing worker compensation forms, incident accident reports, updating tax forms, keeping addresses current. Provide administrative support to a team of supervisors (i.e. create contract books, process timecards). Participate in staff meetings. Create reports relating to staffing, payroll and budgets.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally/ ability to understand written and oral direction.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work long and irregular hours.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to function in an extremely fast paced HR environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and be deadline oriented.
• Ability to remain calm in a high pressure, high profile environment
• Ability to work well and motivate an ever changing diverse group of staff and volunteers.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• 50% travel commitment. Travel across the country
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
