JOB DESCRIPTION: RESTAURANT PLACEMENT GROUP seeks the one special EXPERIENCED GENERAL MANAGER for a new, high-volume hot spot in the heart of Miami. MUST have solid experience running a high volume operation, and handling all FOH aspects. This is an amazing opportunity with a strong, growing company.

Required Experience:
1. 5+ GM experience with high-volume, mid-upscale restaurant. Preferably within a strong corporate and/or multi-unit restaurant group background. Fully capable of managing a high-volume ($6MM+) operation.
2. Highly SERVICE oriented. Proven ability to ensure consistent excellence. Must be very hands-on and personable, with excellent customer relation skills.
3. Strong financial skills. Must be numbers-oriented, and very competent with cost controls, reporting, P&Ls, budgeting, etc.
4. Customer-oriented, personable, and presentable. Strong presentation, communication, and proper English skills. (Spanish / Portuguese speaking a definite plus, but not necessary.
5. Good training, supervision, and mentoring skills. Able to develop and promote talent from within.
6. Maintain corporate standards and consistency. Work closely with corporate management, top-notch Exec Chef and crew
7. Food, wine, and liquor knowledge. Familiarity with Latino cuisine a definite plus.
8. Strong professional references available.
9. Committed to long-term growth of this exciting new restaurant, and future expansions.
