JOB DESCRIPTION: The administrator will be assisting the Club Event Coordinator and the Club Property Manager: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting and helping Members as needed.
- Filing, typing, and adminitrative duties.
- Booking appointments for the spa and club events.
- Answering questions regarding all aspects of the club such as activities, events, hours, etc.
- Assist in the up keep of The Club.
- Assist in the set up, execution, and break down of social events. |
