• The candidate should ideally have no more than three jobs in 5 years with a resume that shows career progression.
• At least three years in the industry is preferred.
• Candidate should possess good communication skills with a desire to develop people and be developed.
• We recruit for over 60 different companies and over 100 different concepts all over the world. The difference from EHS and many other recruiters is that we do not shuffle resume's from one place to another searching/hoping a company will latch on....what we do is to the contrary. We have well over 150 different management jobs available, we know exactly what the companies are looking for, and we even know what they will not accept. This allows us to narrow the field down to 3-4 companies.
• The most important thing is that we will interview you in person 90% of the time before we send you out to be interviewed. We will tell you what would be appropriate for dress, so, we also prep our candidates. All of the companies we recruit for are national chains with solid footing.
