JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Administrator position available at Bay Stage Lighting in Tampa

Bay Stage Lighting, a family owned and operated business since 1957 is seeking to add a uniquely qualified individual to our team of outstanding employees.

This full time position is the primary customer contact at our front counter; you will be greeting customers with a welcoming experience, process rental and sales orders for pick up and be responsible for all retail sales for our walk in clients.

This position also requires you to be a stickler for details. Our clients deserve quality with their orders and part of that includes administration of our management operating system. You will be responsible for controlling our inventory, updating all product pricing, and running reports.

To be qualified to interview for this position you must have a minimum of 5 years experience, ideally that will include customer service and industry experience. A Bachelor’s degree in either communications or business is a plus.

You must be able to understand the importance of first impressions, have a fanatical sense of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and also understand the importance of contributing to a small business. You must be able to work some late nights and weekends.

You must be Proficient in Microsoft Office systems. Knowledge of Rental Point is preferred over general rental, sales program knowledge
