JOB DESCRIPTION: HomeStore Customer Service Rep
Position Purpose: Provide administrative and clerical services in support of the Ashley Furniture HomeStores to execute daily processes and procedures. Promote quality customer service via clear communication and transactional accuracy. Act as a source of support for selling function and sales personnel.
Required Experience: 1 year experience required
Necessary Skills and Abilities: Excellent/professional communication skills with both internal and external contacts. Proficient computer knowledge with Microsoft Tools. Skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Professional telephone skills. Understands basic financial terms § Highly organized
Essential Functions: Implement opening and closing procedures. Manage telephone traffic. Access inventory information and advise sales associates. Complete sales transactions. Execute daily checklists. Explain terms for customer pick up or delivery.
