JOB DESCRIPTION: Our local office is currently seeking an outgoing, well spoken, professional customer service representative. Applicant needs to be able to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment. Our online based business deals directly with customers online and on the phone, so only an applicant with strong communication skills will be considered. Position will be responsible to handle customer inquiries, resolve common complaints, and assist customers with services we provide. Please note this job NOT a telemarketing or sales position.

Requirements:
Must have prior work experience in either a field of administration or customer service
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment that requires you to multi-task
Must be able to type at least 35 words per min.
Must have basic understanding of Microsoft office
Effective oral and written communication skills
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Must be able to multi-task and problem solve
Must possess the ability to work with multiple browser tabs and multitask while with a customer
Hours a week: 40+ (Full-Time Position)
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
