The Company: This company is a $40M per year Developer / Builder who does work on all types of small – mid sized commercial construction projects. They are based in Ft. Lauderdale. They have an outstanding reputation and are very well respected. Candidate Qualifications: They are currently looking to add an experienced Superintendent to their team. This person will oversee projects in the $5-120mm range. The person selected for this position must have a strong track record of successfully managing commercial projects, knowledge and/or experience working in a design/build environment, as well as a history of job stability. This person must also have strong management skills and the ability to manage and lead a project team. They must have very good communication skills both written and oral, and excellent relationship building skills since they will be working closely with architects, the in-house development group, and subcontractors.
