JOB DESCRIPTION:   Store Manager for higher end women's boutique Reply to: cocoparisales@aol.com COCOPARIS, established 15 years ago, is known for being one of the best women's boutique in South Florida. We are currently seeking to fill the position of store manager for our retail Boutique located in Aventura Mall. The store manager is responsible for achieving maximum store sales and profitability by leading and motivating a sales staff while controlling overhead expenses and adhering to all company standards of presentation and customer service. Qualified candidates must be motivated self starters with strong leadership, recruiting, training and merchandising skills. 3-5 years of management in a luxury environment is required. If you have a successful track record in driving sales though community contacts, we would love to hear from you. You should also possess strong business, computer and communication skills. In addition, your schedule must be flexible to mall hours. Location: Aventura Mall Compensation: salary + commissions + incentives
