JOB DESCRIPTION: Security Integrator / Fire Alarm Services Contractor seeking a Service Manager.

Please do not apply if you are in the security guard industry.

SmartWatch Security & Sound is looking for an industry professional to provide service department management and coordination for technicians that perform daily service response, repair, diagnosis, testing & inspection for fire alarm, CCTV, access control, intrusion detection and related security / life safety systems.

This position will require fielding service calls, logistical scheduling of technicians, customer follow up, billing, warranty & RMA tracking & organization, customer site visits, and development of new business.

Strong organizational, leadership and administrative skills along with previous experience in management is required. Basic knowlege and experience with NFPA code, fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control and intrusion detection systems is absolutely required. The position also requires strong computer skills, customer relation abilities and knowledge of business & employee development. This position is for a person that already is an expert in this field.
