JOB DESCRIPTION: Regional Sales Manager – Lending Background – Heavy Travel
We are currently searching for a 2 Regional Sales Managers for our client a national Commercial Real Estate Lending company.
One of these managers will be based in the South East and will manage a 10 person sales team from NC to FL and over to TX.
The other will be based on the West Coast in either Los Angeles, CA.
This person will manage, coach, provide further training and lead these sales teams. This person will travel heavily (about 50%) throughout the territory developing their staff.
The Regional Sales Manager will have hiring and firing authority and will be directly involved with teams on a daily basis.

Required Experience:
Required Skills
• At least 10 years of either business banking, consumer banking or retail mortgage experience required.
• At least 5 years of sales management with multiple teams across a region is expected.
• Strong Lending background is required.
• Candidate must also have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem solving and decision making skills are also required.
• Ability to travel in regional market approximately 50% of the time.
• Commercial mortgage experience is preferred but not required.
