JOB DESCRIPTION:   Office Manager Asst. P/T Reply to: palmsupplyfla@yahoo.com We are seeking a bright, energetic “can do” person to work with us in our growing Distribution Company. Attitude and ability to multi-task are most important! Must be well-organized and pay attention to detail. Job responsibilities include taking sales orders on multi-line phones, customer service with walk-ins, computer order entry and basic accounting. Lifting (40lbs.+/-) and ability to climb ladder required at times to select orders and do UPS shipping. If you’re the adventurous type, we may even teach you to drive the forklift! Phone and customer relations’ experience preferred. Computer knowledge of MS Office and Peachtree software a plus. We will train the right person on product knowledge, data entry and accounting software. We offer a fun, informal small office working environment that is seldom boring! No office politics here, you will report directly to the owner. Input and idea’s for improvements are always welcome! Hours are flexible with Mon-Fri 8AM-1PM the time of day we would prefer.
