JOB DESCRIPTION:   Program Manager - Nightlife - Tampa National Event Marketing Agency seeking a full time Program Manager in the Tampa area to manage a nightlife event marketing campaign for a Fortune 500 client. Core responsibilities include: • Event conceptualization and implementation (source talent, promotion, etc) • Develop and maintain a positive on-going relationship with key bar/club/ nightlife accounts. • Program reporting • Manage full time and part time staff for the market. (includes recruitment and training) • Maintain a local office, to include supply inventory Qualifications • 3-5 years proven Management experience • Previous event marketing experience (preferred) • Familiar with the bar and nightlife industry and comfortable working in that environment. • College degree required Skills required • Leadership / management • Computer skills - Microsoft Excel, Office, etc (for reporting) • Negotiations • Recruiting/Training Additional needs for the position • Effective management and organizational skills / ability to multi task • Goal oriented • Creative thinking a MUST • Professionalism, commitment to excellence / detail oriented This is a FULL TIME position (day and evenings) with benefits to include health insurance, 401K eligibility, paid holidays.
