JOB DESCRIPTION: Position Summary:
Join the exciting world of Harley-Davidson. Work directly with the Merchandising Organization in coordinating assortment planning, order management, price management and business analysis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assortment Planning
• Research current and past business performance
• Maintain category and class analysis reports
• Analyze run rate on sizes
Order Management
• Effectively execute bi weekly replenishment to stores
• Execute order entry and tracking for multiple stores
• Maintenance and update of replenishment system
• Allocation and distribution of merchandise to appropriate locations
• Monitor and ensure the smooth running of the Min./Max replenishment system
• Communicate with stores to resolve merchandise concerns and stock issues
Business Analysis
• Highly proficient with Excel. Proven ability analyze sales, margin and turns.
• Ability to pull information from several data basis to formulate sales reports and analyze business.
• Expertise with formulas and database functions
The right candidate will be a team player with a strong sense of urgency. Must be proactive and results driven. Must display a strong systems aptitude with proven analytical skills. Retail back ground a plus.
