JOB DESCRIPTION:   Program Manager/Director for Children's Gym Reply to: tlgidoral@comcast.net Are you an energetic, self-motivated and love working with children? Do you have excellent staff management and organizational skills, prior sales experience and a positive attitude? If so, you may be just the person we’re looking for! For 30 years The Little Gym has set the standard for progressive motor-skill development. Through, our Parent/Child, Pre-K and Grade School classes we teach gymnastics in a fun, nurturing, non-competitive environment to build confidence leading to a lifetime of success! The Program Director typical responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following: • Student Instruction 60% of the time. • Maintain enrollment. • Curriculum delivery according to established standards. • Communicate with parents on a daily basis. • Manage and train instructors • Identify and deal with troubled students and convey information to parents. • Staff morale. • Make sure teachers adhere to curriculum • Make sure the gym is neat, clean and organized.
